Complete upper-body protection in a flexible design

The Acerbis X-Fit 2.0 is a full upper-body protector designed for motocross, enduro and other forms of off-road riding. It combines certified chest, back, shoulder and elbow protectors with a flexible technical garment that follows the rider’s body and allows natural movement on the motorcycle.

The soft protective inserts are less bulky than conventional rigid plastic shells, allowing the armour to be worn comfortably underneath a motocross jersey. The construction provides extensive coverage without unnecessarily restricting the rider when seated, standing on the footpegs or shifting body weight.

Level 2 protective inserts

The chest, back, shoulders and elbows are protected by soft inserts meeting Level 2 requirements. They remain flexible during normal movement and adapt to the shape of the body. During an impact, they help absorb and distribute the force.

Integrated hip protection extends the coverage to another vulnerable area. This provides more complete protection during falls and contact with the terrain or motorcycle.

Freedom of movement without rigid shells

The flexible construction follows the movement of the upper body and arms. The shoulder and elbow protectors are positioned directly within the elastic garment, helping them remain close to the body when the correct size is worn.

Its low-profile design makes it easier to wear beneath a jersey and reduces the overall bulk of the riding equipment. It is designed for riders who need extensive protective coverage but prefer a soft construction over rigid plastic armour.

Ventilation during demanding rides

Technical stretch materials are combined with large mesh panels in areas where heat tends to build up. Newly designed ventilation elements within the protectors promote airflow and help release excess heat.

Easy dressing with a side zip

A durable side zip allows the garment to open wider, making it easier to put on and remove. This design also leaves the front free from a central zip, allowing the chest protector to form a continuous protective area.

The ergonomic close-fitting cut helps keep the individual protective sections correctly positioned without excessive compression.

Neck-brace compatibility

The construction can be combined with modern neck braces, allowing riders to extend their protective setup according to their riding style and individual requirements.
