Designation + Profile Vee Rubber 3,50-18 62P TT VRM-015 Rear position Load / speed 62 / p Measuring rim 2.15x18 Permitted rim width 1.85-2.50x18 Use and maintenance Store tires clean and away from heat, light, ozone or hydrocarbons. Avoid prolonged exposure of the tires to direct sunlight. Avoid any contact with grease, petrol, volatile solvents or other agents that can damage the rubber. Avoid horizontal storage of tubeless tires. only small tires can be stored horizontally (max. 6 months). If the tires are stored horizontally, they must be placed tooth by tooth. If the tires are stored mounted on the rim, reduce the inflation pressure. Make sure there is no water or moisture inside the tire. Never store tires in direct contact with the ground for long periods of time. For safety reasons, tires may only be repaired by specialists using the correct methods and tools. (see also online Pressure Calculator on our website) Overloading causes premature tire damage. Use technical documentation and inflation tables that define the load and inflation for different operating speeds. tires. Assembly and disassembly instructions Tire fitting and dismantling can be dangerous and should only be performed by trained and qualified personnel using the correct tools and work procedures. Improper adherence to these procedures may result in misalignment of the tire and consequent destruction of the tire with explosive force, which could result in serious injury or death. Make sure the rim, tire, and inner tubes are compatible. Check that the tire is suitable for the equipment / machine. . Use only rims recommended or approved by the tire manufacturer. Always use only the correct special equipment and tools. The rim must be clean and in perfect condition (undamaged, etc.), if necessary, clean the rim with sandpaper. Under no circumstances should the tires be fitted to rims with cracks, severely deformed, bearing marks after welding repairs, etc. Carefully inspect the inside and outside of the tire to identify any damage. If the extent of the damage does not allow repair, the tire should be devalued. In the case of tube assembly, always use the correct new tube and liner for the size. Always use a new tubeless valve to install tubeless tires on tubeless rims. Lubricate the rim and tire beads before mounting. Use only a suitable lubricant that will not damage the tire (never use silicone or petrol based lubricants). Vertical mounting is recommended. In the case of horizontal mounting, it is necessary to check that the lower foot fits correctly. Place the casing on the rim opposite the valve hole (observe the direction of rotation, which is indicated by the arrows). Using the mounting lever, gradually slide the first bead over the rim flange. Then insert a slightly inflated tube into the casing, sufficiently treated with a slide (if fitted). Position the valve and lightly secure it with a circlip. Install the second foot, proceeding gradually to end at the valve. Remove the inner valve insert to properly seat and center the housing. Slowly inflate and check that the tire bead is seated correctly. Make sure that the foot of the casing does not pinch the soul. Keep a safe distance during inflation, always use a safety cage, preferably attached to the wall or a safety chain. During the pressure reading, make sure that no part of your body is in the possible trajectory of the inner parts of the valve or its cover. It is recommended to use a suitable inflation pressure relief device. Use the filter and dehumidifier for the compressed air necessary to remove moisture and dust. If the feet are not seated correctly, release the air, recubricate and inflate. Repeat this operation until the feet fit properly. If all previous operations were performed correctly, install the inner valve insert. Inflate the tire to the load Make sure that the valve does not touch the rim, brake drums and other mechanical parts. Never use tools that can damage the rim or the bead.
