Acerbis ADV Type F handguards are designed specifically for the Honda Africa Twin 1100L 2024–2025. Their closed construction combines a strong aluminium backbone with a generously sized plastic cover, providing useful protection during long-distance touring, gravel-road riding and light off-road use.

SOLID PROTECTION AROUND THE LEVERS

The aluminium structure runs in front of the brake and clutch levers to form a continuous protective loop around the controls. When the motorcycle contacts a branch, stone or another obstacle, the impact is supported by the structural backbone rather than the plastic cover alone.

35 MM ANTICORODAL ALUMINIUM C-SECTION

A durable 35 mm ANTICORODAL aluminium C-section forms the structural core of the handguards. The 35 mm measurement refers to the size of the C-section rather than the diameter of a round bar. This profile provides the strength required by the wrap-around construction and carries the main mechanical load during contact.

LARGE PLASTIC HAND COVER

The wide cover shields the hands from direct airflow, water, mud, dust, branches and flying stones. Upper extensions increase the protected area, making the handguards practical for fast road sections, long journeys and changing weather conditions.

The lower area is more flexible to help absorb knee contact when the rider moves forward while standing on the foot pegs.

ADV Type F handguards are developed for adventure riding and light off-road use. Their robust structure is also designed to meet the demands associated with maxi-enduro, cross-country and more challenging enduro riding.
