What does it mean that the handguards are universal?

Universal handguards fit most bikes, but they are not made for a specific model. You need to check the dimensions and type of handlebars.

What bikes are universal handguards suitable for?

They fit most bikes with standard handlebars (e.g. 22 mm or 28 mm), including enduro, adventure and road bikes.

What is the difference between universal and model-specific lever guards?

Universal guards are flexible and fit more bikes, while model-specific versions are precisely designed for a specific type of bike.

Is it more difficult to install universal lever guards?

It can be a little more difficult - sometimes minor adjustments or adjustments are needed during installation.

How well do universal lever guards hold?

When installed correctly, they hold well, but they are not as precise as protectors designed for a specific model.

Do closed lever guards also protect your hands?

Yes, thanks to the closed design, they protect not only the levers, but also your hands from branches, stones and wind.

Are universal lever guards suitable for off-road use?

Yes, especially the closed versions with reinforcement are suitable for enduro, off-road and adventure riding.

What material are universal lever guards made of?

Usually a combination of hard plastic and aluminum reinforcements for good durability and low weight.

Do lever guards affect the handling of the motorcycle?

No, when adjusted correctly - correct rotation and attachment are important.

When to choose universal lever guards instead of model-specific ones?

When you want an affordable solution or you have a less common motorcycle model for which exact variants are not available.
