Acerbis Airstrike FIM Racing #2 Helmet - Carbon, FRHPhe-02

The Acerbis Airstrike FIM Racing #2 helmet is a top-of-the-line off-road helmet designed for maximum off-road performance, equipped with the FIM QR code. It stands out for its low weight, high level of safety and comfort even on long rides.

FIM homologation = racing safety standard from the international FIM federation, aimed at high speeds, hard crashes and racing use. It's not just an "extra sticker" - it's a different, more rigorous set of tests.

The front opening of the helmet provides a wider field of vision and is compatible with larger motocross goggles. The inner lining is removable, hypoallergenic, breathable and washable. Soft materials ensure comfort and effective moisture wicking.

The A.C.S. (Acerbis Comfort System) system improves the helmet's fit and promotes ventilation, so your head doesn't sweat as much. The cheek pads have the new QRS Emergency release system and are easily recognizable thanks to the silicone logos

The helmet is also equipped with an action camera mount, a visor extension for extra protection and a set of spare screws.

What does FIM FRHPhe-02 mean, how is it different from the regular ECE 22-06:

- Stricter crash tests

- More types of crashes are tested, different angles and speeds

- Harder and more realistic crashes are used

- It addresses rotational acceleration (what tears the brain inside the skull) much more

- The tests simulate oblique impacts and the helmet "biting" the surface

- Each size is tested separately

- Helmet behavior in multiple crashes

- Checking the stability and removal of the helmet

- So that the helmet does not come off the head in a fall

- Strength of the fastening and retention system
