MEFO Mousse 20" is a special elastomeric foam tire insert designed for sidecars. It replaces a classic inner tube and completely eliminates the risk of puncture or pressure leak, while providing constant driving characteristics corresponding to a pressure of 0.8–1.0 bar. This ensures better traction, stability and confidence when driving on mud, sand, stones and hard surfaces.

There are various hardnesses for front and rear wheels, suitable for hobby and racing use. For maximum durability, it is recommended to use the original MEFO Mousse Gel during assembly and regular maintenance. A properly lubricated insert will last a long time and ensure a safe and smooth ride for young riders even in difficult conditions.
