Junior body armour with a flexible and breathable construction

The Acerbis Body Armour Density Junior protects the chest, back, shoulders and elbows in the form of a close-fitting protective shirt. It combines a soft, flexible fabric with viscoelastic protectors that adapt to the shape of the body and allow greater freedom of movement than a rigid plastic construction.

It is designed for young motocross, enduro and off-road riders. Its low-profile construction allows it to be worn underneath a motocross jersey.

Soft viscoelastic protectors

Soft viscoelastic inserts protect the chest, back, shoulders and elbows. They remain flexible during normal movement and follow the anatomy of the body. During an impact, they help absorb and distribute the force.

The protective inserts are integrated into the elastic garment, helping them remain correctly positioned when the appropriate size is worn.

Breathable fabric and freedom of movement

The flexible nylon yarn is soft, lightweight and adapts closely to the rider’s body. Ventilation zones support airflow, while compression areas help the garment remain close to the body.

The elastic construction allows the arms and upper body to move freely when riding seated, standing on the footpegs or controlling the motorcycle in difficult terrain.

Easy to put on

A central SBS zip makes the protective shirt easier to put on and remove. The logos are woven directly into the fabric on the chest, back, sleeves and shoulders, avoiding raised elements on the surface of the garment.
