Construction:

Before putting the inner tube in the rim, make sure that the edges of the rim are not sharp or crooked, they must not be corroded. The wheel wires must not protrude through the rim, or cover them with protective rubber. Remove dirt with fine sandpaper. Be very careful when assembling, do not use sharp objects - screwdriver, etc. You could cut the tube. Put the valve in the hole in the rim and fix it with a nut, check that the valve fits well and then tighten the nut well. Gradually push the inner tube into the tire on both sides while simultaneously pressing the edge of the tire over the inside of the rim. Then inflate the tire and thoroughly check all sides for leaks. Do not inflate the tire! Check that there is no air leaking from the valve, if necessary replace the valve insert, remember that the valve must always be vertically upwards.

Maintenance:

Continuously check the tire pressure, in case of a defect, replace the tube.
